List stock backgrounds

GET 
/gen/static-videos

The pre-supplied background clips you can render against. Passing one of these ids as video_id is how you use the static visual mode.

There is no id field. name is the blob filename stem — "1" for static-videos/1.mp4 — and it is the video_id the render endpoints expect.

Missing, malformed, invalid or revoked API key.

Confirm the key independently with GET /api-keys/introspect, which needs no scope.

The key is valid but lacks a required scope.
